How Clavance handles website inquiries, early access requests, and related contact data.

01

Information We Collect

When you request access, contact the team, or interact with the website, we collect the information you choose to provide. That can include your name, work email, company, role, inquiry type, and message content.

When you submit a form, we also record the IP address and browser user-agent associated with the request. This is retained for security, abuse mitigation, and operational diagnostics.

We collect basic website telemetry, such as page views, referrers, device category, and browser, to understand site performance and where the site needs work.

02

How We Use Information

We use inquiry data to respond to requests, qualify early-access conversations, schedule demonstrations, and communicate about Clavance Gateway Server.

We use website telemetry to understand which pages are useful and where the site needs work.

Our lawful basis under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and operating the website (Article 6(1)(f)). You can object to processing on this basis at any time using the contact channel below.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

03

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the website, receive inquiries, send notifications, measure site performance, and protect the service from abuse. Each provider processes information only for the service it provides to Clavance and is bound by its own security and data-handling commitments.

  • Website operations: hosting, delivery, diagnostics, and availability for the public site.
  • Inquiry handling: storage and routing for contact and early-access submissions.
  • Email delivery: notifications related to inquiry and privacy-request handling.
  • Site measurement: aggregate visit measurement; analytics cookies and identifiers are not set unless you grant consent.

04

Cookies

Cookieless site analytics do not store identifiers in the browser.

Optional visit measurement runs with default-deny consent. The _ga and _gid cookies are not set unless you grant consent. Until consent is granted, the measurement library may transmit aggregated, non-identifying signals only.

05

Security

We apply technical and organizational controls to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

No website transmission or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

06

Retention

Inquiry and sign-up data is retained for 24 months from your most recent contact with us, after which it is removed unless a longer period is required by law or by an active business relationship.

Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify an individual may be retained indefinitely.

07

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port the personal information we hold about you. Under the GDPR these are set out in Articles 15 through 21.

To make a request, use the privacy request form. We respond within one month, or sooner where required.

09

Updates

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the date below. Continued use of the website after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
